can use an original copy of their Birth
Certificate as required documentation for
a drivers
license or passport application; for an
insurance application; for a marriage license
application; for academic and examination
purposes; or simply to replace a
Birth Certificate that has been lost.
STATE ISSUED LEGAL
DOCUMENTS:
Our Birth Certificates
are state issued, and are appropriate for
legal matters. Some states have raised seals,
some have stamped seals. We provide what the
state has to offer. Additionally, some states
have both certified and non certified copies. If
you must have a certain type, please put notes
in the comments field that comes up in our
automated ordering system. Our researchers will
place the request with these additional
comments.
RESEARCHERS:
Our
researchers apply directly to the appropriate agency in the
state, county, parish or borough and obtain the
certificate from the source. We are NOT the
state agency, we have access to the birth record
repositories in most US states.
PRICES AND
CANCELLATIONS: Prices do
vary by state, the state can change their prices
at any time, and some
states can take a longer to process.

BEFORE
the order is processed, then there will be a $15
cancellation charge assessed.

NOTE:
Some states, require a signed release before a
replacement birth certificate can be issued. As
you complete your online order, any special
requirements for your particular state will be
explained, and you will be given copies of the
necessary forms etc.
ACCURATE INFORMATION:
In order for us to process your order, we must
comply with vital records regulations. In the
event that the information you provide to us,
does not exactly match the information on the
record, there may be a delay.
We charge a fee for each
LOCATION
that we search. A search request
that comes back as "no record
found" will not be credited back
UNLESS
it is clearly our mistake that the wrong
location was searched.
Please provide us with correct and complete information.
TURNAROUND TIME:
In the event that additional documentation is
needed to place your order, for example a
driver's license or signed release or notarized
signature or documentation showing legal
authority or proof of relationship, we cannot
process your order until we have receive this
information. (Not all of these are needed for
every order and the document needed for each
order is displayed when you place the order.)
Our turnaround times are based on the date that
the order is processed, not the date that you
enter your request into our system. Please
send the necessary documents at the same time
you enter your information to avoid delays. It
can take longer for genealogical requests that
may have to be recovered from historical or
archived records.
RUSH ORDERS: We are able
to fulfill rush orders using an express carrier
such as FedEx,
but rush orders can ONLY be delivered to a
street address, not to a PO Box or military
address. Please see the online
order form for any special restrictions that may
exist for the state or county that you are
interested. All our searches are completely
confidential. The information that you give us
is held in a secure system and is not available
to any other third-party. Your use of this site
will not be revealed to any other third party
without your express permission. We do not use,
sell or distribute any of the information that
we collect from you in the course of our
investigations.
FRAUDULENT OR CONTESTED CREDIT CARD CHARGES: For
unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit
card charges, there will be an additional
$25.00
MINIMUM processing charge PLUS collection and legal fees, IF incurred. By placing an order

Note:
We currently
cannot provide birth certificates from the
commonwealths and possessions shown in red above. We do our best to expedite all
orders, and process your birth
certificate request within hours of your
order being submitted online. A large
number of states process orders
within 5 to 10 days, BUT we
have no control on the exact turnaround
time, which varies from state to state,
and can vary according to the number of
orders that they are currently
processing.

U.S. has twelve unincorporated
territories, also known as possessions,
and two commonwealths. We can obtain
birth records from only a few of these
territories. The major
possessions are American Samoa, Guam,
and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All of
these have a non-voting representative
in the U.S. Congress. The major
commonwealths are Puerto Rico and the
Northern Mariana. We are not able at
present able to provide birth
certificates from Guam, the US Virgins
and Puerto Rico. The
commonwealths have
their own constitutions and greater
autonomy than possessions, and Guam is
currently in the process of moving from
the status of unincorporated territory
to commonwealth. The residents of all of
these places are full U.S. citizens,
with the exception of those on American
Samoa who are U.S. nationals, but not
citizens. (U.S.
Commonwealths/Territories: American
Samoa, Baker Island, Howland Island,
Guam, Jarvis Island, Kingman Reef,
Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Northern
Mariana Islands, Palau, Palmyra Atoll,
