ONLINE ORDERING
SYSTEM:
We take your Birth Certificate Search order through
a secure online ordering system. After you click on any of
the "order online" links that are to
be found throughout the site, you will be linked
to our system using a state-of-the-art 128 bit
encryption process (see our
Security Statement).
You can check the security of the link by
looking at the address bar, where the URL (web
page address) will be prefixed by
"https://" (https: stands for a secure
link rather than the standard http: prefix), or
at the bottom of your browser, where you will
see a padlock symbol.

"closed" like this, then the link is

ACCURATE
INFORMATION: In order for us to
process your order, we must comply with
vital records regulations. In the event
that the information you provide to us,
does not exactly match the information
on the record, there may be a delay.
We charge a fee for each
LOCATION
that we search. A search request
that comes back as "no record
found" will not be credited back
UNLESS
it is clearly our mistake that the wrong
location was searched.
Please provide us with correct and
complete information.
TURNAROUND TIME:
In the event that additional documentation
is needed to place your order, for example
a driver's license or signed release or
notarized signature or documentation
showing legal authority or proof of
relationship, we cannot process your order
until we have receive this information.
(Not all of these are needed for every
order and the document needed for each
order is displayed when you place the
order.) Our turnaround times are based
on the date that the order is processed,
not the date that you enter your request
into our system. Please send the
necessary documents at the same time you
enter your information to avoid delays.
RUSH ORDERS: We are able
to fulfill rush orders using an express carrier
such as FedEx,
but rush orders can ONLY be delivered to a
street address, not to a PO Box or military
address. Please see the online
order form for any special restrictions that may
exist for the state or county that you are
interested. All our searches are completely
confidential. The information that you give us
is held in a secure system and is not available
to any other third-party. Your use of this site
will not be revealed to any other third party
without your express permission. We do not use,
sell or distribute any of the information that
we collect from you in the course of our
investigations.

Some states require that we confirm
the identity of the person ordering
the birth certificate. If that is
the case for the state you are
ordering from, then a window will
pop-up asking you to fax in a copy
of your driving license. This is a
state requirement, and it varies
from state to state. If it is not
required then you will not be asked.

for your state is to begin the
ordering process and they will be
shown. You are able to leave the
ordering process at any time, and
there is no obligation. |

Problems usually occur because of poor or slow

Fraudulent or Contested Credit Card Charges
If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. BUT please be advised that once your request has been transmitted to our researchers it is NOT possible for us to cancel the charges, nor change or expedite the order. For
unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit
card charges, there will be an additional $25.00
MINIMUM processing charge PLUS collection and legal fees, IF incurred. By placing an order
